The ruins at Roach end, taken a few weeks ago while I was waiting for the sun to set, I spent a while taking photos around the abandoned farm house ruins.

4x4 page 12 (31st Aug)
It should be summer but it was a grey miserable day at the quarry. Didn't get there till two O'clock so only managed a couple of hours of shooting before it was time to pack up for the day. So only 58 shots today, might try again next month...

Flickr #185 York Castle
Taken at the end of May, My Dad and Stepmom were over from Canada for my birthday and we spent the weekend in York, this was one of my favorite shots of the weekend.
York Castle (Also known as Clifford's Tower) is the remains of a 13th century castle in the walled town of York.

Flickr #183 Baby Monkey
This was taken at Monkey Forest at the end of May and the baby was just 2 weeks old at the time, hope the poor chap has grown into his ears :o)
At Monkey Forest the monkeys roam free in a large fenced in forest and you go in with them, but as this chap was young the mother was keeping well away from the path. These were taken with a Sigma 600mm F8 lens.

Black Country Museum
Spent the day at the Black Country Museum in Dudley, its a fantastic place for photography and lots to see. It was very busy today and it was hard to get shots without the crowds in them.

Another shot from the Roaches Sunset shoot from 2 weeks ago.
Its a really peaceful spot when the sun goes down. I could have sat there all evening. Doubt it will be my last visit there this year.....

Flickr #179 Roaches barn at sunset
Taken at the old barn at Roachend. The sun was just starting to drop below the horizon so I placed it behind the building as it was still very bright. I know its a bit bright but liked the affect.
Its a 3 exp HDR (-2 / 0 / +2) blended in Photomatix.

New wallpapers added
I made 10 new wallpapers today and uploaded them to Page three, There are now 150 in total,not bad! seen as I only started it to make it easier to change my wallpaper at work.

Lamb (iii) hits 4000 views
Its my most viewed photo and today it passed 4000 views :o) . Yahoo image search for "lamb" gives 770,389 results and mine was No1!! Not sure how long it will stay there for..
