Not had time to get out shooting much and this was taken in the front room while playing with the 50mm 1.7.. She hates sitting still so It was a challenge to keep her in focus.

Oulton Park Motorbike trackday 28-09-10

My fourth time at Oulton Park, (Third for Motorbikes). It was a very grey overcast day and was a struggle to keep the shutter speed up. At least the track was dry and there were a few race teams practising so there was a nice selection of bikes... taken from Lodge / Knickerbrook / Druids on the 28th September 2010

Exposure time for this was about 12 months at f8 :) taken during a winter, spring, summer and autumn using my Nokia N85 mobile phone. I nearly missed the autumn shot as there was a big storm that blew nearly all the leaves from the tree in about 10 hours...

Something a bit different today :) I was trying to tell a story with one photograph of the disappointment I felt after England's lackluster performance during the world cup and had this shot in mind from the outset. Not 100% sure I nailed it but it was fun to make the photo rather than just take it........

This was taken through glass but think I will be happy with this lens :)

Oulton Park Car Track Day 26-05-10

My third time at Oulton Park but the first on a car track day. There was a nice variety of car’s there including some Aston Martins and a few Track race cars, so you never knew what would be next around the corner. Started off at Druids Corner then after lunch went to Lodge corner for a hour.
