Sunset try No1

Decided to try some sunset shots today at the local stone circle. The sunset was not that colourful but it takes 15 minutes to walk there, so You had to be there to see it was not good.

Oh well I will try again soon.

Blackpool Zoo

Went to Blackpool Zoo today, did not get as many shots as I wanted.... thats what happens when you take the family with you :o)

Blackpool Tower

A trip to blackpool would not be complete without a shot (or 3) of the tower. We had been to Blackpool Zoo and decided to head into Blackpool center for a walk along the front. The first two shots were taken from the Central pier and the last one from the North pier. You can just make out the moon to the right of the Tower on the last shot.

Roaches

A few rough shots from todays trip to the roaches. Need a bit of work but not too bad :o)

Shining Tor

Spent the morning at Shining Tor. Parked at the Cat & Fiddle Pub at 8.00am and was at the top about 8.45am, I took a few photos (read as LOADS) with the self timer (yep! thats me in the shots)

Fantastic place and the views were perfect in the early morning sun.

Dragon Fly

Found this not so little fellow at work today. He was the bigest Dragon Fly I have ever seen.
